Join Alli & Janet for yet another adventure….this time we simplify in Portugal in Arrábida region near Sesimbra, just 45 minutes from Lisbon. June 9th-June 16th 2026.

In this tranquil space set within a 130-hectare natural reserve, just 45 minutes south of Lisbon, Casas na Ferraria emerges as a retreat where heritage and sustainability entwine in quiet elegance. Here we will practice yoga, meditate, journal, discover the region and connect to this magical land. Included in your stay is 7-nights at our villa. We have mainly shared rooms (twin beds) and one opportunity for a single room. During the week our focus will be on not only spending quiet time to soak up this concept of “simplify”, but we will also take a catamaran trip up the coast for 1/2 a day, take a tour of the region and visit a monastery, spend a day discovering the beach and Lagoa de Albufeira’s serene lagoon. We will offer 2 yoga classes per day and spend evenings relaxing and soaking up the sounds of the land, perhaps having a Dharma talk or two. A local sound healer will enchant us one evening with a sound bath.

There will be 2 full meals and a snack prepared by an amazing, local chef!
