Mindful yoga applies traditional Buddhist mindfulness teachings to the physical practice of yoga, offering even deeper insights into the mind and a truly life-changing approach to your practice.

Join us for a 90 minute experiential workshop into mindfulness, meditation and yoga. This workshop is designed to help you cultivate moment-to-moment awareness through gentle movement, focus on breath, and the encouragement of a kinder, more compassionate way of relating to your mind and body.

During this workshop, you will learn how to...

● Practice mindfulness and gentle self-exploration through guided meditation and yog

● Increase mind-body awareness

● Develop the ability to relax while resting in the present moment

● Improve ability to cope with stressful situation

● Release tension out of mind and body

● Cultivate self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-compassion

In addition, we will explore the four foundations of mindfulness:

1. Mindfulness of body

2. Mindfulness of feeling

3. Mindfulness of mind  

4. Mindfulness of Dharma
